Welcome to
McGill Emergency Medicine Conference

MEMC's aim is to provide medical students with a unique opportunity to discover the dynamic field of emergency medicine through networking, research discussions, and interactive workshops.

 

Throughout the day, students will have the invaluable opportunity to engage with distinguished speakers and abstract competition winners during enlightening talks. These sessions will be followed by hands-on workshops facilitated by experienced staff physicians and EM residents, providing a well-rounded educational experience that caters to diverse learning styles and interests.

As part of our conference, we invite students, residents and physicians to send their abstracts. A committee will evaluate each submission and select the winning applicant.

The top ten abstracts will be published as conference proceedings in the McGill Journal of Medicine.
The top three abstracts will be invited to present their findings at the conference as a powerpoint presentation.

The top presentation will be announced at the end of the conference as our finalist.
